RR saved the day, after another company had failed to pick up waste, for nearly 3 weeks during the recent hot spell (an increasing problem around here recently). The booking system was simple and efficient. Throughout the whole process Toni and her team, were helpful, polite and professional. Can't fault the RR team and service. I needed to empty a rental flat I've sold and Toni and her team were always in communication and so helpful on the day. The price even reduced significantly once Toni assessed on site exactly what needed to be cleared. Left the whole place, really tidy. Friendly and patient, would recommend to anyone in and around London.
