What happens to the furniture you collect?
Pricing depends on the volume and type of rubbish. We offer competitive rates and transparent invoicing.
Is house clearance suitable for handling an estate after a loved one's passing?
Pricing depends on the volume and type of rubbish. We offer competitive rates and transparent invoicing.
How much does your rubbish removal service cost?
The price depends on the type of rubbish, how much there is, how easy it is to load, and whether any special handling is needed. Send us a few details or photos and we will give you a clear quote before collection starts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. We explain the quotation up front and confirm the final price before we begin loading, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods, including cash and bank transfer, and card payments can usually be arranged in advance. If you need a business invoice or a specific payment option, let us know when booking.
Is there a charge if I don't like the final price once you arrive?
No. If the on-site quote is not right for you, there is no obligation to go ahead. We will only start work once you have approved the price.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes, we can offer better rates for repeat bookings, landlords, agents, offices and other regular customers. Tell us how often you need collections and we will quote accordingly.
Can I get a quote without booking?
Absolutely. We are happy to provide a quote first, with no obligation to book. The quickest way is to send a short description, your postcode and photos if possible.
How quickly can you collect my rubbish?
We offer flexible appointments and same-day or next-day collection is often available, depending on your area and the size of the job. Contact us early and we will offer the earliest practical slot.
Do I need to be at the property during collection?
Not always. If the rubbish is accessible and we have clear instructions, we can often collect without you being there. We may still need to confirm the final price with you before we start.
What are your operating hours?
Our availability can vary by day and by area, but we offer convenient collection slots throughout the week. Contact us with your preferred time and we will confirm the nearest available window.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to rearrange or cancel the booking. Short-notice changes may depend on the team already being dispatched.
How do I book your service?
You can book by phone, email or by sending us your job details online. We will confirm the rubbish type, location, timing and quote before your collection is scheduled.
Do you work on Bank Holidays?
Bank Holiday availability depends on demand and staffing, but we can often arrange collections on those dates. It is best to book ahead if you need a holiday slot.
What is your 2-hour time slot system?
Instead of asking you to wait in all day, we aim to offer a shorter arrival window. Your collection is booked into a two-hour slot and we keep you updated if anything changes.
Which areas of London do you cover?
We cover London and nearby areas, subject to availability. Share your postcode and we will confirm whether we can attend your address and how soon we can get there.
What types of waste do you collect?
We collect most non-hazardous household, office, garden and builders' waste, including furniture, appliances, bagged rubbish and bulky items. If you are unsure about a particular load, send us a list or photos.
What items can't you take?
Some hazardous or restricted items need special handling and may not be accepted as part of a standard clearance. If your load includes chemicals, asbestos, medical waste or anything similar, tell us in advance so we can advise properly.
Do you offer commercial/business waste removal?
Yes, we can help with office, retail and other commercial waste clearances. Let us know the waste type, access arrangements and collection frequency if you need ongoing support.
Can you remove heavy items like pianos or safes?
Potentially, yes, but heavy items need to be assessed first. Their size, weight, access and any lifting risks affect whether we can remove them safely and what equipment or extra labour may be needed.
Do you provide house clearance services?
Yes, we provide house clearance services for full and partial clear-outs, including unwanted furniture, appliances and general household waste. We can tailor the visit to one room, a full property or an end-of-tenancy job.
Can you collect from flats/apartments?
Yes, we collect from flats and apartments. Please let us know about stairs, lifts, parking and any entry restrictions so we can plan the job properly.
Do you offer garden waste removal?
Yes, we remove common garden waste such as branches, soil, cuttings, fencing, sheds and outdoor bulky items. Let us know roughly how much there is and whether anything needs dismantling.
What percentage of waste do you recycle?
We aim to divert as much suitable waste from disposal as possible by separating reusable and recyclable materials where practical. The exact recycling rate depends on the type and condition of the items collected.
Where does my waste go?
Your waste is taken to the appropriate licensed transfer and sorting facilities for handling. Materials that can be reused or recycled are separated where possible, and the remainder is dealt with through the proper waste streams.
Are you licensed waste carriers?
We work through proper waste handling processes and can provide waste transfer documentation where required. If you would like confirmation of current registration details before booking, just ask.
Do you donate reusable items to charity?
When items are in suitable condition and there is a practical reuse route available, we try to keep them out of disposal. This depends on condition, hygiene, safety and what local charities or reuse channels can accept at the time.
How do you handle electronic waste?
Electrical and electronic items need separate handling, so please mention them when you book. We will advise whether they can be collected with the main load and route them through the appropriate waste stream.
